PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN DISCARDED IN TORONTO
 
According to an article in The Ottawa Citizen on March 28th Ontario's privacy commissioner is investigating why documents containing detailed personal information on children turned up in an open garbage bin near a social housing project in Toronto.
 
The report says that about 200 pages of the papers were found in the recreation room of an apartment complex operated by Toronto Community Housing.
