NAID-EUROPE CHAIR ELECTED TO GLOBAL BOARD
 
NAID-Europe Committee Chair Lloyd Williams has been elected to the NAID Board of Directors, making him the first non-US representative to be gain a seat on the Board through a popular election.  Ironically, NAID members also ratified the creation of three Director seats on the board to be specifically held by one member-representative from NAID-Europe, NAID-Canada and NAID-Australasia.
 
Therefore, as a result of Mr. Williams being elected to an “open” Director seat, the NAID-Europe Director seat will create two European regional seats on the NAID Board of Directors.
 
The NAID-Europe Committee will decide how the new dedicated regional seat is filled during the monthly committee meetings.
